LOADING STAIRS AND FLOW

The products easily load to the drum of the Salting Machine by an integrated stairs and a flow, settled mouth of the mixing drum.  The operator easily loads the product, desired to salt, to the mixing drum by means of above mentioned stair and the flow without harming.

DRUM CLEANING SYSTEM

Drum of the Salting Machine should be cleaned at the end of the day or wants to use different kind of liquid mixtures. The drum easily can clean by water and remnants can discharge from the drum by a valve, settled over the drum, and a discharging hole, settled under the drum. For this purposes the valve is moving over to discharging hole, settled over the body of the Salting Machine, by turning of a key, settled in the panel.  Following that above mentioned valve is opened and remnants easily cleaning and discharging from the discharging hole over the Salting Machine by water. Also there is a filter in the mouth of discharging hole for preventing choking of discharging pipe by hardened wastes.  As it is seen, all the facilities are thought over the machine for cleaning of the system and the machine can easily clean by an operator. 

VIBRATED POURING SYSTEM

Following to completion of salting process, salted products pours to the salted product hopper, settled under the machine, by opening of a key, settled over the panel of the machine. The product, accumulated in above mentioned hopper, loads to an elevator for sending to Roasting Oven by a system, settled under the hopper and operated with vibration. Because of system is vibrated, the products are given to the elevator orderly and continuously. So provided to continuous operation of the system and prevented possible product losses, as well.  

MIXING DRUM

Inside of mixing drum of the machine has a spiral structure, so provided to homogenous mixing of the products & mixture without harming. And mixing time of the drum can easily set by a key, settled on panel of the machine. Following to completion of the mixing process, the products automatically pours to salted product hopper, settled under the machine, without harming being feature of its spiral structure by turning of a key, settled on the panel.

CONTROL PANEL

The control panel, integrated on the machine, offers the operator opportunity to observe the situation of the product and acts according this situation by its place and ergonomic structure.  From this panel you can control starting and stopping time of salting process, speed of mixing drum, pouring of salted product to salted product hopper from the drum and vibration system for moving of salted products. Using of this user-friendly panel is very easy.
