With a production capacity ranging from 50 kg to 6,000 kg per hour, these systems are globally preferred for processing hazelnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and pistachios, both shelled and unshelled.

Thanks to its fully integrated design, the CESELSAN Roasting Line ensures a seamless process from product loading to final storage. The line begins with a loading bunker, which feeds the products onto the line in a controlled and steady manner. The product is then transferred through hygienic conveying systems to the salting unit, where salt or flavor coatings are applied evenly. The precise dosing system ensures consistent coating quality across every single kernel.

After salting, the product is gently conveyed into the CESELSAN CS5000 Roasting Oven.
This oven uses a single-layer stainless steel mesh belt system, keeping the product stable while circulating hot air both from above and below. Each heating zone operates independently, allowing temperature, belt speed, and product thickness to be automatically controlled. As a result, desired roasting recipes can be applied effortlessly, ensuring consistent product quality in every batch.

The main advantage of CESELSAN Roasting Ovens lies in their specially designed combustion chambers, which deliver high efficiency and up to 50% fuel savings.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the oven is resistant to corrosion and oxidation, even in salty or humid environments. Exhaust gases are completely expelled from the system and never come into contact with the product. This ensures that roasting occurs in a clean, homogeneous atmosphere, preserving the product’s natural taste and aroma.
At the end of the process, the cooling chamber provides controlled cooling of the roasted product, eliminating the need for a separate cooling area — saving both time and labor costs.

After roasting, the product is transferred to the skin removal unit, where the thin shell or skin layer is efficiently separated. The product then passes to the inspection table, where operators perform visual quality checks under proper lighting. This stage is crucial for ensuring uniform and high-quality results. Next, the product is directed to the sieving system, where it is sorted by size. Different sieve mesh options allow easy calibration for various product types.

All these processes are managed by CESELSAN’s advanced automation and PLC control systems. Parameters such as temperature, speed, and humidity are automatically monitored and recorded, with real-time adjustments available through the operator control panel.
Additional features such as automatic belt washing with pressurized water, dry cleaning brush mechanism, safety alarm sensors, back-pressure prevention chimneys, and automatic product thickness adjustment ensure safe, long-lasting, and low-maintenance operation.
